I remember an old glitch a few FIFA's ago was to loan your players out and recall them immediately and their potential would go from showing great potential (81-85) to exciting prospect (86-89) or special (90+) FIFA is, has and always will be a glitchy mess 😂

Barker is an amazing signing for your team. I'm currently in the 5th season in my Bradford City RTG and Barker is 80 rated. I recommend training his Dribbling stats and Shooting stats, as this will grow his overall faster, once dynamic potential kicks in.
You should have a look at Mathias Normann. He is such a good midfielder, and is so consistent. Amazing box to box midfielder that is very good at interceptions as well as attacking passing, at least in-game, not sure if his stats says so. He has a gameface as well.
I was finding fifa manager mode boring until you started RTG. I started a RTG and I’m having a blast, a suggestion for striker tho Eddie Nketiah! He is absolutely amazing!
Maybe not for this window but in the future I would suggest Ivan Toney? He’s top scorer in league one in real life this season, he’s quite tall and he has good finishing. He would be a good signing

You should sign Antonio Marin he is a beast for me in my Salford City career mode. In season 5 of my career mode he was 23 and a 82 overall and I sold him for 100 million. He is left winger who can play in CAM as well. Like so Matt can see!!!!!!
