Watching the behind the scenes of this ep, they put the plot off for so long because well, once you do what happened in the episode… there’s no going back after that.
While this may be true, I feel that Rick's greatest fear is losing what he has made, like his connection with his family, and yeah he can make clones who don't know they are clones but he knows they are clones, and that would make him struggle to rebuild his connection with them.
Hearing this puts into mind an ending where "Evil" Morty ends up sacrificing himself to save our Rick and Morty. He isn't really evil, and I can see this going with a big final sacrifice

Firstly, this is more of a dramatic song, not an action song. Secondly, I feel like Rick would win a direct fight with Evil Morty. In general, Ricks are stronger and better at direct combat than Morties -- if there was a possibility for Morties to overpower Ricks in direct combat, Evil Morty might have tried that, but he knew that the only thing that could beat a Rick was more Ricks. Ricks know this -- hence how Evil Morty won his election. His final words during the speeches, ''you're outnumbered'', show how good he is at manipulation. If there is one thing that Rick fears, it's himself. Rick always wants to be on the winning side, but that side is usually Rick's side. So in their logic, the winning side is the side with more Ricks on them -- by implanting the thought that more Ricks are on his side, Evil Morty made enough Ricks doubt themselves that, wether they were for or against him, they acted like they were for him and voted in order for him to become leader. This, is how I think Evil Morty plans to get back at Rick C-137 for, if *nothing* else (ominous emphasis on the 'if', despite the 'nothing being emboldened because fuck you), ruining his plans in his Morty torturing citadel.

@@mr.ghetto can I please say goodbye to casiddy?
Cassidy? Who's tha- AHH! THE VENGEFUL SPIRIT!
He wasnt scared of someone being smarter than him, he was scared of not being smart enough to save the ones he loved.
I think only C-137 actually cared about the ones he loved. He was the Rick-est Rick, after all, and spent his entier life hunting down the one rick that killed his Daughter and Wife, then settled down with an abandoned Beth, and genuinly loves his Morty
No. Rick is really egocentric and when he saw that there were people that were smarter than him in other universes, he built a "wall" to separate himself from these people
@@texugo_branco we can't confirm that was c-137. All we know know is that he designed the citadel. But its clear via insinuation that c-137 was meant to be included as part of a system, but rejected it. Meaning, although he didnt create the wall, he still knew about it AFTERWARDS and just left it alone.

"-And what are you doing about it ?

i like how every time we get an evil Morty episode you see bunch of new comments on evil Morty's theme and its remixes/covers
This man predicted the fucking future
"That's what makes me evil... Being sick of him"
You just predicted season 5 episode 10 man
this is an actually true comment
Ok i LOVE how they used this score for the end of the Season 5 finale!
they didnt
They did a similar one but it's not the same
@@terminatora1249 You know it's funny. First i wanted to write that i like that this is strangely similar but then i thought it WAS the exact one and due to being afraid of stating the wrong thing, i texted THIS.
Should have trusted my instinct on that one lol. Thank you for the correction. ^^
@@Pet_Hedgehog Pretty sure they did use it cus the 1:24 bit sounds almost exactly identical to the one used in the episode, so i think they just edited it together.
@@nikielo7975 no it doesnt
Morty: "So what are you going to do about it!"
Evil Morty: "Jackshit I'm leaving....."
They actually used this!!!
Not quite. The arrangement is similar, but the version in the Season 5 Finale has brass instead of a choir. Though, this version's definitely better :)
@@4amStudios just a little added sounds to something amazing that’s all.
1:25 "When you drink your brother's milkshake and feel the anime figurine hit your lips"
beginning made me think "1/10"
-when voices come in
"10000000000/10"
when it cuts off and comes back in 1000000000000000000/10
It's over 10 000
Lol
I love it, I've been listening to it on repeat for quite a few days! Discovered it thanks to one of my sons! THANKS : )
This hits different after the season 5 finale
I didn't except to hear this one in season 5 finale, it gives me goosebump
no, this is the actual theme: th-cam.com/video/epUa9uaaesM/w-d-xo.html
This seems like a good time for a drink and a cold calculated speech with sinister overtones.
A speech about politics, about Order, Brotherhood, Power.
But speeches are for campaigning.
Now is the time for action.
A well deserved drink after winning an election by a... Blow-out!
@@mattdarrock666 it almost triggered a recount
@@LeonardTheWizard Jesus! What are you? Joke security now too?
"Tonight, I do that thing that I want to do, with the curve thing"
Honestly, it sounds like an underdog triumphing in the most epic, cinematic, and unexpected way possible. Which is completely accurate to the song's use on the show.
FRRR
"There, now you're evil Morty too, sooner or later we all are, on this side of the curve..."
For the Damaged Curve
he'll come back. He always comes back
This nearly brought tears to my eyes... absolutely fantastic job!
“Hey dude, this lemonade tastes funny.”
“I don’t have any lemonade, what do you mean?”
En mi cabeza retumba un diálogo de victoria, una frase final o simplemente un discurso épico. Con esta orquesta, cualquier palabra suena genial!!
GOLDEN FREDDY, I HOPE NOTHING BAD HAPPENS TO YOU!
*Afton pulls up*
I cant believe 3 years later and they use like almost or probably this exact orchestral sound
Uploaded 3 years ago…. Bro… you gave us the best finale music in Rick and Morty 🙌🙌🙌
0:38 I wasn’t ready for this
The creators seriously need to use this in the show it would be such a missed opportunity if they didn’t
Hello me from the future season 5 just concluded and if you see the finale a special surprise awaits you!!
And use it they fucking did
“Damn that pee felt nice.” **wakes up** 1:25

I don't know anything about the show, I'm just here since this slaps.
The show slaps too if you can follow what's really happening since the pacing is pretty fast
This is one of the best covers that i have ever heard! Its so impactfull and powerfull, congrats man!

This theme screams "The antagonist won, deal with it"

me after in fnaf movie william afton says; "I always come back"
When we realized that Obama and dream wasnt the vilain, it was Patrick who planned everything
To anyone who watched the season finale, don't worry, Evil Morty will come back.
*He always comes back*
He is "The one true Morty!"
evil morty is that employee who had enough of his boss shit
I love how all these comments are either 3 years old, or 2-3 days old. I just finished the series and holy fuck, did it deliver.
Imagine in the end of season 5 Morty damages his eye
and this song starts playing and then he picks up an eyepatch
Not totally ri8 but it was the song playing at the end of season 5 and was fucking epic!!

An impressive and under-appreciated remix.
Not so under-appreciated now that they used it for the Season 5 finale.
Best one of these so far. Love it.

I genuinely hope they use this for the series finale in the final standoff with Evil Morty
They used it for the season 5 finale!
@@seanfinch7856 That's fucking incredible! I haven't seen S5 yet but the fact they actually acknowledged this video is amazing
bro predicted the future 😭
I feel like leaving a multiverse to enter another one
Now, for real this time. This is the proper one, but I came here from Season 5 finale. I am going to say this again and again... *THAT'S THE MOST BADASS SHIT I'VE EVER SEEN.* What a finale! Who's with me?
Yep, bro! Fantastic finale!
Hell yes and he wasn’t even evil either, for all we know a new morty is just gonna replace him and the curve will be rebuild by timeline alters again as the wall he broke out of rebuilds. Maybe our morty will go through a phase and rick has to change the ways of the whole complex system of multiverses and every timeline as well as confess how much he cares about morty deep inside. In order to bring him back to the protagonist morty!
