The fact that Mum VICTORIA, or rather Pastor Victoria,, could minister in a foreign language without struggle and that it seemed as if she grew up in Kenya all her lifetime is a clear indication of the presence of the Holy Ghost's Anointing and His indwelt presence in her Life.
