i'm set up like this today got my first ever mute spots with tracks identified that never even went into the vod... the only thing i've changed is using multiple output rtmp to kick and twitch. thoughts?
hi i did all correctly, the music in running and i can hear it in live but i cant in hear it from myself.... this is because the spotify is in a separated track and i cant hear it. Is there a way to resolve this?
I have snip linked to spotify, and I have music playing, but the little circle in the systems tray says no track is playing. Thus, it is not working and grabbing the track art or name
Make sure you select the channel that goes to your headset (A1 - A3 which ever you set) and B2 so that it will go through the AUX channel to OBS so that you can isolate it from the VOD, you can adjust the level for stream with the volume slider to the far right watch from 1:52 Also be aware that everytime you plug or unplug an audio device in to your computer, windows messes with your default devices, hit windows key and and type "system sound" to confirm voicemeeter input and voicemeeter output are set as default devices. hey, i followed your whole tutorial but my spotify is playing on my desktop audio in spotify and on the seperate audio track. how can i fix this to make it only play on my separate audio track?
I’ve been using voice meter banana with a headset. I want to know if I can play music from my speaker cuz I’m kinda tired of the headset. But when I play from my speaker my mic is next to it and I don’t want to delete my voice from the vod.
This method would leave out the music you're playing in your vod, if you are playing an instrument over the original audio, use this method on the original audio track so your vod will be left with you playing.

as J K said, if you want to play you tube in your stream, select your browser and set the output as the virtual audio channel you have blocked from your VOD
make sure your music channel isn't broadcasting on the same channel your VOD is on, and make sure you aren't doubling your music on your desktop channel. Recently OBS updated and defaulted my audio devices to all channels. Pays to check after any software updates. Let me know how you go.

This works but the audio is noticeably delayed so if you are playing any competitive games while streaming you will definitely notice it
Shouldn't get any delay on your desktop audio. Your PC might be struggling.
Hi, when i choose voice meter for spotify in windows settings.. it shows that the music is playing in streamlabs but i can't here it myself.?

Why when I tick the Stream Track 1 for Spotify it ticks it for Rec Tracks and then when I untick it it unticks both?
Don't worry about the record tab, for this you need to select track 1 for steaming and track 2 for the twitch vod in the streaming tab.

I unplugged the speakers but now spotify is playing through 2 channels so it would still be in the VOD

check the steps from 2:05 and ensure your desktop audio isn't on the same device you selected for your music input

Don’t know if u understand what I’m saying lol
You would need a directional mic so it doesn't pick up your music from your speakers.
maybe consider noise gate as well
