    Did you try updating Smart play studio? issue is smart play studio does not get OTA updates. It needs to be done manually. But Nexa or service center people won't do that

      Hi Suvrojoti, this problem pertains to their hardware only. All Smartplay Studio, whether old or new versions, have this defect and Maruti-Suzuki is ignoring this.

    Pendrive mey 1000 mp3 songs hey to bi e 250 diktha hai. is it Problem or capacity limit reached?

      It is compatible upto 32GB. I use 16GB at its full capacity & it shows all 1788 songs. Pls show it to the company’s service centre.

    I have also one problem with the same system. Guide lines are not coming properly in my new Baleno delta model. while engaging back gear back camera working fine but guidelines are not working fine..its showing the wrong information.i complaint to the nexa they said just hide the lines.that should not be the solution..

      It is really disgusting that they just shrug-off any problem. Try bringing it to their senior teams.

    Bro not able to connect android auto and smart studio having brezza 2023 vxi and phone android 12 only connects to Bluetooth and not connecting to usb also

      Hi Bro, I think USB over 32GB is not supported. Would suggest you to pls take up your issues with Service Team as it seems issue of some non compatibility which should be OK without much hassles.

      Undoubtedly Maruti-Suzuki's hopeless Infotainment System ever.

      Pls show it to the Authorised Service Centre. They need to provide you a spot solution, maybe an immediate replacement.

      Despite deputing their top engg teams with no solution in sight, Maruti-Suzuki not acknowledging it as a problem fearing it may trigger mass recalls!

    I am having a different problem in smart play studio which is more irritating than this issue.... I have ignis Zeta model and in my stereo the front speakers give good bass but the rare speaker there is literally very low sound and no bass. I have set the bass high and Equalizer in low frequency... But the problem is persistent. The dealer and service centre says to change the speakers... But why will i change the speak of a car which is not more than a year old. Maruti really needs to fix these issues.

      100% agree that this problem should be attended by MARUTI-SUZUKI.
      Hope you have also used FADER settings in your Infotainment System to balance Front & Rear Speaker's sound outputs.
      If the Rear Speaker sound output still remains low, then there can also be an issue in your Infotainment System. First let Speakers change be carried out.
      Hence, pls take up strongly with your region MARUTI-SUZUKI Service teams for necessary needful.

      Hi Vikas. Maruti-Suzuki are totally dumb on this issue till date though their highest teams have also been made aware of this problem.

      Dear Sir, did you notice the music streaming issues in your Car as explained in my VDO?
      Your rear parking camera issue can be resolved by Maruti Service team. If out of warranty, any good mechanic at nearby accessories shop would also be of gr8 use.

      Hi Sir, you can visit any Nexa Service Centre and they can surely help you get the latest compatible update for your vehicle's Infotainment System.

    My alto vxi + infotainment system not working when ignition start it shows Suzuki logo and then after off screen and not working it shows nothing

      Seems loose connector problem. Show it to the Maruti Service Centre. They can set it right with little effort.

      Sir ji, visited NEXA Service Centres & a Spl Service Centre adj Gurgaon plant 7-times in past 1-year. No help!
