My late father was building a KK Ladybird, I've watched a few of these videos of meetings but I've never seen anyone flying freeflight or R/C Ladybird, can anybody with their more experienced minds tell why this is ,was the Ladybird not a good plane.

What's the yellow/white cabin model at 10:54? I thought it was a Vic Smeed design at first but I can't find any evidence that it is.
I looked through the entire list of free flight plans on Outerzone UK, and didn't see this model.
