Taoiseach challenged over broken promises to children with scoliosis and spina bifida

Seven years ago, Simon Harris said that no child with scoliosis would wait long than 4 months for surgery.
That promise was broken.
Now, he dusts off this promise again.
Children are waiting in pain today.
They don’t need more empty promises. They need their operations!
