I was fortunate enough to grow up in the 70's, and my dad and two of my uncles did custom paint. Their was always a wild panel paint/candy/never ending line paint job rolling out of our garage... Now 40 years later, I paint their cars for them. Rarely do any wild paint though. People mostly want original colors and stripes now.
It's all about jacking up the rear end, air shocks to clear them 60's out back with the aluminum slot wheels, and a big block pulled from the junkyard, and snag whatever hood scoop that looks cool, don't even have to be functional! That's what does it for me! It was memories from my childhood in early to mid 80's with my father, I was only 5 and I knew what was cool, them days have been long gone for a while now though
@@counthackula6374 yes, he's driven it a fair amount, considering he has over a hundred cars to drive! It's really nice, one of my personal favorites of his.

I street raced a 68 mustang back in the day that had the wildest 3D paintjob....moons, stars, gallexies, etc. crazy. Looked cool, but not fast...he lost.
