Hey mama, I can relate with how you feel, it’s a lot. TH-cam makes things worse because you also want to keep up on this side as well. I think we have to get to a point of being really comfortable with rest and taking breaks. It doesn’t help that we are always working towards something but our mental health comes first. ❤️🫂
