  • In this video, we will implement row level section access on a single field and column level section access using OMIT function inside a single Qlik application.
    We will also see,
    1) How to dynamically add missing field values from data table to section access table so that * will give access to all values of that field.
    2) Also, how to add field values in a single line instead of multiple lines and then separate them out using SubField function.
    Happy Qliking !!

Ideally this scenario of Concatenate and then using Where not Exists - This should be tackled in the security table in the database that should be kept up-to-date. Then there is no need to do concatenate and where not exists. Let me know what do you think.

This video is very helpful. Is there a way to completely hide the columns from selected users ?
