Bruno Fernandes begging to keep that armband on him at all times now 💀
Lol😂
Too bad it's Ronaldo's, this is Portugal not Man U
@emission2589 did you watch the world cup? Ronaldo wasn't played and Bruno was the captain for some stupid reason.
@plum6999 Ronaldo is the true captain tho if we talking experience and overall who's better
@@plum6999No ? Pepe was the captain
Only captain can approach the ref is actually a good rule
It is a bad rule as if the captain can't reach there in time to say something important it will cause problems. they should instead make a rule that the players can't say anything extremely offensive or be physical with the referee.
@@shahmirmir2281they have this rule in rugby and it works
Broski doesn't know the rules of the game@@shahmirmir2281
@@shahmirmir2281 that's already a rule
It's works great in rugby
If Belgium gives the captain armband to kdb its over for them 😂
Let me talk😂😂
Let him talk!!
Other team mates:-kdb what the ref said?
Kdb:- he didn’t let me talk
He's the captain anyway
Let him cook
I like the bit about the Captain being the only one to approach the ref.
What if the captain didnt see what happened but his teammates did? He cant convince the ref if he didnt see it
@@qui-gonjinn8350 I'm sure the game is going to be ruined now that players can't crowd the ref to scream "REF YOU DIDN'T SEEE THAT ARE YOU BLIND"
@@qui-gonjinn8350so the team can tell the captain???
@@headshot5500Yeah but its not convincing to the ref if the captain didnt see everything. And most of the time they cant check VAR for small mistakes like yellow cards anyway. So theres no point it just makes it harder to get their point accross. Literally ANYTHING can go wrong with that
No. It's a god-awful idea. The last thing football needs is less accountability for referees.
I'm actually sad about the stoppage time... This was always so intense
Same😢
i'm kinda back and forth on it, it is really entertaining but i can def see why its different this yr
@@formerlysubscriberless-channel I just feel like it's more fair because this works more effectively against time wasting.
@@thombogd1022 Yeah teams will waste 10+ mins and 2 mins will be given
@@HA-kf9kk it is said that during 90 minutes of football, the ball is only about 55 minutes in game. So I don't see the problem with having long stoppage times. It doesn't even fully compensate but having a limit of 5 and sometimes 7 minutes is just a bit too less.
The semi automated offside rule really did do great work in helping the offside portugal goal be decided. The commentators were surprised how the decision was made so fast
no matter what changes are made to VAR it will always screw up something at the Euros
Better than not having it and just leaving it to refs to mess everything up
@NotAGimmick is it?
@@JoshPhilp 100% is, people have short memories and conveniently don't remember how officials used to get so many decisive in-game calls wrong all by themselves pre-VAR...
Nope It's actually been great at the world cup African cup of nations and multiple leagues only very few places like England uses it stupidly because the refs are corrupt
@@NotAGimmick no, I know they still get stuff wrong. I go to loads of games in the EFL and it's so much better without VAR
Players will still get in their face and they’ll hardly face yellows. That’s something that won’t be upheld fully. Same with stoppage time in the PL.
You might see one or two players from 'smaller' sides booked and then it will go away
@@davidkelly499 hear what you’re saying but refs are inconsistent as hell. They’re human so it’s understandable. Surprised it took them forever to put a chip in the ball to help with contact and such though
@@davidkelly499 Are you implying the refs will favour bigger teams? Because this has been used before and no one's complained
@@Billiamwoods Of course they will. This has never been enforced before, not properly (which was my point). Its why its had to be introduced as a new law
@@davidkelly499 Hasn't it been a rule in other competitions? At least players have been carded for talking back to the referee, and nobody's complained about that.
Sick new rules ngl
They finally use the Fifa videogame technology
The 2nd one is actually a good rule because the official rulebook says that only the captain should talk to the referee, but this rule always got broken
Kdb if he isn’t the captain and a decision doesn’t go his way:
“LET ME TALK, LET ME TAAAALK😡”
Italian captaon just got a card for approaching the ref, so….
If kante becomes captain of France then its over 😂😂
No way they got ultraedge in football now 😂😂😂
I see that you are a cricket and football just like me. But I personally like football more.
@@shahmirmir2281 yeah, I can't play cricket in my place (us) so I play football, me personally I play football but like watching cricket more
That's my boy 😂@@ImmortalPurple
It’s not for detecting handballs but for semi automated offside technology. This guy is saying bullshit as always
@@_chaitanyajoshi yeah, he is biased but whatever 😂😂
Openda punching air right now 😂
Only the captain speaking to the ref is a rugby rule that i have always wanted in football. Im so glad its come in. Seeing kids at my son's team as young as 8 swarm and argue with the ref is tragic but they are just copying their heros. My boy got fed up with that and the diving so he quit football and now plays rugby full-time
fuckkkkk i love super long stoppage time
These are pretty useful things ngl
The micro chip was used in Slovakia-Belgium
True
Yup, clear handball
And offside too IIRC
@@aureliano_37 But not intentional, neither changed the trajectory, defender wasn't winning that
Hoping that semiautomated offsides come to the PL. It desperately needs that. Not that that will "solve" the problems with VAR, but hey, one step at a time.
Good to see increased use of technology in clearing disagreements
The rule should change to the nearest player questioning the ref because the captain might be too far away to say sth decisive to the ref
Portugal benching ronaldo because he's "too old" When theyre depending on a 41- year old to defend is the ultimate irony
They should introduce the rugby rules around approaching the ref. Such as: calling the ref Sir, always having the captain present when handing out punishments
Make video about ind vs qatar
Justice for India in India vs Qatar
yes
Anyways you didn't know about the match didn't you?
No pajeet
@@BasilNadeem based, these jeets be barking everywhere.
Your nation will never play in a WC. Stick to the sport 7 countries are good at.
The digital offside line should have been implemented for the Champions League this season, especially the Real vs Bayern game
make more of these new rules shorts
Captain tjing works great in rugby so should be fine. The offside thing i can see calling like elbows or noses offside which could take the piss a bit
i love the second change
All good rules other than thw stoppage time on. Low stoppage time benefits faking injuries.
I'm actually happy about this. A rare W
Stoppage time should be like what we had in the world cup...longer stoopage tine means teams don't waste time....much better for the game
Absolutely
Were the stoppage times longer in World Cup 2022?
@@aureliano_37yes
The bounce detector was in the world cup 2022. I remember when fernandes crossed it in and ronaldo scored but then it was revealed than it was actually brunos goal
Seeing an accelerometer measurement signal to detect a handball is next level
Get your goal Kalman filtered away by a ball IoT chip
The sound thing was greatly used in Belgium-Slovakia match
Wow the game is getting more and more fun every year.
Stoppage time will be longer anyways because of increased substitutions and VAR decisions
The new offsides could have been used in the Liverpool vs. Tottenham game.
more players will do drama to wasting the time, cuz normal injury time will applied
I think that the captain rule existed already, that's why teams have a captain and that's why captains wear armbands
3rd one is called ultraedge or snicko meter in cricket.
Extra time in the prem was ridiculous this season. Should never have 20-odd minutes of extra time
Belgium yesterday with the handball😂
I think I actually agree with the rule changes this time
We need 5 mins stoppage times 3 on average 10 on extreme
"Only captain can approach refree"
England captain:kane💀
They added ultraedge from cricket
Ifthe whole of the ball has to cross the goal line for it to be a goal, the whole of a striker should have to be offside to be offisde!!
They should have the second rule for all competitions
here in brazil VAR last minutes...
I want long stoppage tbh
Thank god the chip is there now rolando can’t steal his teammates goal anymore ❤
Now I understand why the Albanian player got a yellow card just by speaking at the ref during a kickoff.
I can't be the only one thinking that if someone's knee is just bit more forward than others, calling it offside is kinda ridiculous
If they did the captain thing in the prem Man City would drop a lot more points.
I like the more accurate additional time....
Rule 2 has been a thing for a while
That’s what they did in the World Cup
Bro there was 10+ minutes in Hungary vs scotland
That referee one is good. Taking a leaf out of rugbys book
If leverkusen was in euros they would be playing seriously
Kdb now is begging to be captain so he can finally talk
1st rule at euro 2028 no turkish refs. After Poland Austria match it should be clear
About time they protected their refs….
That is bullshit! In the game Austria /France a hand ball outside the area. Ref said play on? 🤔
the Ref at Austria vs France was very bad… Clear Penalty denied and Handball not recognized
France played to +9
5 new rules, proceeds to say that normal extra time will be used 😂 How is that new man
We need this when real madrid plays💀
So basicly World cup 2022 rules except the captain on the refs face
How long VAR takes is irrelevant if it still comes up with the wrong answer
I thought they've been using semi auto offside in UEFA comps for a while now?
proving even more the refs these days are too scared of the player
Pierluigi Collina should do a ref bootcamp to make them man up for once
Let’s hope that Uruguayan subs don’t approach the ref at Euro 24
Leverkusen wont do any 90+10 goals anymore
Microchip : HANDBALL HANDBALL!!! ODEGAARD BASKETBALL DRIBBLED ME!!
Refs : “no penalty!!”
😂. But he and his Norwegian mates haalaand etc will be at home
How about the rule that every VAR decision has to be explaned to the public
normal huh croatia wuld won that game against italy but there was 8 min stopage time and it ended in 1-1
Danke dafür😊
The 5th one isn’t a new rule at all
So there using the Qatar World cups offside system and saying its new is crazy
I noticed it was already used in FIFA Club WC 2021 Dubai
I actually thought number 2 was a rule anyway.
I’ve just got a feeling so much is going to go wrong
Yooo I'm early for this video
The second rule is bs. You shouldnt be allowed to say bad things but that is already a rule. And sometimes the captain doesnt say anything cause maybe he didnt see what made his teammate upset
If the semi offside rule is a thing Real Madrid won't win the Ucl
1 and 3 aren’t rules, just technology. 2 isn’t new, it’s always been, I assume it’s actually now being enforced.
Hasnt the second one always been a rule?
Also didnt they use the third one in the World Cup?
what IS the normal stoppage time rule?
Might as well just use Robots to play
Ronaldo belike
He shoots a screamer and destroys the chip
Man, this is gonan be useless. Them refs gonna still act stupid.
What about the blue card
How the hell is this "ball has been touched" technology supposed to work?
I don’t like microchip part
Hate the "normal extra time" idea. We need to stop time wasting and only giving 2 minutes is rewarding that behavior
Weren't these rules in the world cup?
Nope
@@XeqtrM1 stoppage time yes
Football doesn't need new rules. It's why the game is so shit these days. It just makes it robotic.
Donkey
Can we take it easy with the technology. Its getting too much
