Yeah it bothers me too. However, I remember when my sister was born (I was 2.5) my mom had me hold my arms out and she helped me hold my sister. We have a picture and I now realize my mom was basically just holding her for me. But dang were we cute.

@@imjessietr29 well I'm not sure about criminal watch list, but Therapy yes indeed. Its a big transition for him! Not being the only child anymore. I'm sure they got him help. Some kids it just takes time, but it was scary for sure!

Calm down Karen. He was on the bed, it was off a toddlers legs. Not a full grown human leg. The head support is useful so when they don't flop down violently or back violently. So that doesn't apply. I'm so terrified of carrying newborns... I feel like I might hold them wrong and since their little backs and necks are still soft, I fear I might hurt them. I feel okay carrying them when they turn at least 4 months old
If you watch an animation of the positions a baby goes through in the birth canal you'll see they're tougher than you think.
I saw a video of doctors holding a newborn baby by the feet, shaking it and slapping them on the butt hard to revive it. Baby thankfully was revived though and started to cry again. Newborns are tougher than you think though you still need to be careful lol
I felt the same way when my daughter was born, I was also nervous at first cause she's my first one.
