You are right, brother! I am lighter and shorter, and therefore was able to take the Highness to 140, the Jawa 42 to 141, and today the RS to 150 :)

The bike is not produced for speed. But more torque and that gives me a great feeling. I love a single-piston engine with a long stroke. I feel my bike is more like a living animal that has ONE heart. I can communicate with it. The engine is breathing with me. I LOVE that feeling that I don't feel my sportbike which is more like a machine. My other Japanese bike easily gets 17,000 RPM. This bike has no tachometer, so I can't tell for sure but it would not go beyond around 6500 RPM.
I love both but after I got the age of 70years old, I love this more torque-oriented engine so much.

It's a very undersquare engine, meaning long stroke, small bore which means it makes a lot of low-end/mid-range torque but not a lot of peak power. Maximum power is at about 5,500 rpm instead of 9-10,000 rpm. It may only go 135kmph but it's not revving high to do it.
This one is perfect for me. I love highness CB350
I don't care about top speed. I do care about reliability, smooth rides and most of all it is honda, the popular Japanese brand in the world.

Even platina or Splendor reach 100 110 speeds but it's utter smoothness that will take you to distances . Indian roads wi ll always restrict you to 80 -90 km/h .

It's a long stroke great sounding motorcycle with loads of chrome . It reminds very well of the original CB350 and can do 90-100kmph all day long.
AND it's a Honda.

I think you're right. A replica racing bike like CBR250R does over 170kmph speedo indicated top speed(with michelin radial tyres).
So 80-90 is perfect cruising speed for a retro classic standard bike like this.

Speedo console doesn't match the bike . It's too tiny and digital readout is small.with no techo . They could.have added larger console with multi retro style gauges with factory fitted head light cowl.

Hi i don't understand why 350 cc bikes don't cross 140 mark.
Depends on how the engine is setup and for what it is setup for!! There are 1800cc bikes which cant crack 250, but 999cc engines do 330+

My Height is 5.8 inch
My Weight is 90+kg
I am living inside city. So City drive. Very rarely monthly once or twice i use to go Highway say about only 50kms distance. Other than this CITY drive. Almost daily 40 kms i ride. Keep it upto 50kms only. So which bike is best?
1. VIBRATIONS should not be there.
2. DUAL CHANNEL ABS should be there.
3. SEATING COMFORT. PILLION SIDE because ladies will sit ONE SIDE. my mother and my wife

well,cb 350 is overall a great bike...but 21 hp is not great...the old cb 350 were 2 or 4 cylinder bike which produced more than 30hp😅

with a skinny rider (probably 60kg) he may be light enough to raise the power to weight ratio significantly compared to a rider that weighs 80kg
and probably lessen the aero dynamic drag as well. he can probably reach 140kph faster, I guess? and maybe redline at around 150kph?
anyways the Honda HNess isn't about High Speed Performance
it's a cruiser! you go to 80-120kph and just sit there and have a relaxed riding experience
