Racing Champions made a ton of F&F in the past. They made at least 10 different series, they also made haulers, multi packs and various characters with their cars. It was a pretty extensive line!
Not sure if Racing Champions had the rights to replicate all the cars from the F&F franchise, but the scramble scene gave them a bit of free range in regarding to paint liveries. as for the broken wing on the Eclipse, the black Civic you just unboxed has the same wing but no APR tampo on it, so maybe repair it by using one of those.

Presumably, the French on the packaging means that those are Canadian market cards. I think European market cards, if Racing Champions sold there, would probably have a few more languages on there. I wasn't really collecting back then but I have a few of these Racing Champions The Fast and the Furious cars from thrift stores. They're a little on the small side but they're probably more 1/64 scale-accurate than the Hot Wheels versions of these cars. Too bad that Racing Champions didn't put out the "More than you can afford, pal!" Ferrari F355 Spider from the first movie considering that I'm about 75% sure that, back in 2002, any diecast company could just license Ferrari directly (without having to sublicense from another diecast manufacturer). It was a couple of years before Ferrari started auctioning off the diecast master license to the highest bidder, which was Mattel for the period from 2005 to 2014 and then May Cheong Group from 2015 onwards.
