If you were born in Africa and claimed eligibility from your country of birth (Your case number starts with 2025AF) you should be checking visa bulletin for Africa regardless of what country you will process your case.

U can so long as u included them during the application.
Yes. You can complete interviews at same or different embassies if you wish. They can complete interviews at an embassy close to home.
