Going to have to see if I can find a work-around to the problem of my SW ver 2015 being unable to thicken "Surface-Kint1" OUTWARD (it CAN thicken it INWARD, though).
Yes, Sometimes Solidworks behaves differently than normal
Btw it's okay with outward thicken too just decrease the outer fillet radius and you will get nearly the same result
@@EasyCADSolutions Thanks for responding. -OK, my model ends up looking almost exactly like yours, despite that last thickening operation being limited to one side. It still worked with a 1mm radius, too.
