When I was in Chongqing, I had the same problem about eating hotpot by myself. At the end, I invited the chef from Hilton to go with me. Also I can see you living in Chongqing. You look like Chongqing boy. I miss China's delicious food and rich culture. I feel so safe every time I go back to China to visit my family. It has been almost 3 years since my last visit

阿根廷做肉，尤其是牛肉非常有一套。
我在加拿大这里见过大量不同族裔的人后发现人其实都很两级分化，要么就很开放，只要做的好就喜欢。要么就只有自己吃惯的菜才好吃别的都不好，有的甚至还要高高在上批评一番。波就是那种对食物很开放的人，只要做的好什么都喜欢。

波波不好意思 我想说一下 豆花我们重庆本地人一般都是夹起来放进碟子里蘸料吃 这样更有味道 快吃完的时候才会把蘸料倒进豆花 然后加饭一起吃

因为梅菜扣肉属粤菜系，烧白是属川菜系。很类似，但的确是两道菜，烧白打底的是宜宾芽菜，打底的芽菜在制作上比梅干菜会更费时间，所以芽菜比梅干菜要贵一点，还有就是烧白在芽菜里面会加花椒，其他的不清楚。应该是说烧白是根据梅菜扣肉改良而来的菜。因为历史上四川地区有好几次移民潮，可能就是那个时候把梅菜扣肉的做法带来的，然后经历了几百年慢慢本土化了。
