His 4 square 3 triangle combo in the air is actually broken on big characters like X Drake, Pyka, Kaido.etc cause the final spin move just goes on and on forever until they either die or you die
Alot of people dont know how to use Sanji. Sanji's land attacks eat away at armor. His aerial combos punish. Equip In Air Attack Enhancement and Special Move Enhancemet and watch Hell Memories WRECK. Lastly, his (Square)x4 (Trangle)x3 combo
Hot damn! So this confirms what I was thinking. It seems like pre TS characters received special treatment in this game, at least the monster trio from what I’ve seen. Because he’s a speed type, pre TS Sanji gets more charge attacks per hit and can chain into each of them. First off, I’m glad his basic combo string seems easier to hit enemies with as opposed to how it used to be. Like Zoro before him, he also has a charge attack which I welcome since now it’s not just Luffy and a handful of others that used to be the only ones with charge attacks in the game. Mixed on his new attack. Premier Hachiee (or however you spell it) used to be one of the strongest grapple attacks back in PW3 because of how fast it would eat away at someone’s life bar. Doubly so if you were in Diable Jambe form. Now it’s been changed to where he charges forward. It looks like its good for starting a combo. His unique action from PW1 is now is his SST, which now I imagine has some meaning because now you can chain it into aerial combos. His SSST replaced his Boar Soup Shoot, but it looks faster and cooler so it doesn’t seem like a major change. SSSST is now Party Table Kick Course, which feels weird. That used to be his 2nd grapple but in this game I guess I can accept it since it’s short and clears out crowds. His S5T1 was taken from Party Table Kick Course, but the finisher makes it worth it since it looks more powerful. S6T1 is now what allows him to do Boar Soup Shoot, which is going to take some time getting used to since it was easy to clear out crowds with how fast you could activate it. S7T1 reminds me of his switch attack from PW2, no real complaints there. Except maybe that it should lead into aerial combos. His aerial triangle attack is what used to be his TS, but unless you can charge it in the air now it just seems to be a regular attack. Shame because that move also used to be really powerful. His aerial SSSST seems very good at finishing combos in the air that started from chaining off of the ground. Whatever that special attack is that ends in Boar Soup Shoot (which I’m assuming is the combo he does on Mr. 2) also seems really good at clearing crowds. The one just before Flambage Shot. I was also waiting for them to give Sanji something in regards to an aerial special and he got that with Extra Hachee. What I don’t understand is, why give it to pre TS Sanji? That move looks more fitting for TS Sanji with his Spectre attack. I’m guessing they did that because they already gave TS Sanji his spin kick attack. Now, for New World... One thing I’m sort of glad about is that Pre TS Sanji and TS Sanji are now different enough from each other to not just be one character with slightly changed moves here and there. He still retains certain moves like his charged triangle attack, but now he’s a sky type. His first three charge strings are almost one to one with how they used to be, which is somewhat disappointing. His SSST got replaced with Grill Shot, which looks more powerful visually speaking. His SSSST is probably the most inconsistent thing I’ve ever seen in my life. In PW2, it used to be the worst attack in the game because he used to use Spectre to follow up into his grapple. The issue with that being that Spectre knocks enemies into the air and the kick itself was a little hard to aim so you wouldn’t get the enemy most of the time. In PW3, they changed it to the move he did on Doflamingo, which was just a stronger version of his SSST. This was fine. Here? He loses the double hit but in return it looks like he got the best crowd control I’ve ever seen him get. It’s a shame that he was sky type because I would have liked to see more ground moves with TS Sanji just to see what they would come up with. His aerial ST is pretty much what his ground ST was, but based on the demonstration it looks more like an attack and less like a grapple. They did change the last hit, so it might be good as a finisher to an aerial combo in general. His air SST looks like they took his combo special from his Pre TS form and gave it to TS, no complaints there. SSST looks like a really good move to trap enemies in the air. Air SSSST doesn’t look like it would be great at keeping enemies airborne but the finisher looks amazing as a crowd clearer. It seems like TS Sanji was handled better than TS Zoro but in my opinion, TS Sanji looks somewhat underwhelming. Maybe it takes some time getting used to, but they changed the dynamic of how he played too much. In the last game, Pre TS Sanji was about power and TS Sanji was about crowd control. TS Sanji wasn’t weak, he was just better at crowd control. Here TS Sanji seems more like an aerial version of his Pre TS version. It’s all fine and dandy but his Pre TS version has amazing crowd control attacks. I guess that comes with the benefit of being a speed type. TS Sanji doesn’t have that, but can do better aerial combos. And I’m not really sure how to feel about that since the focus shifted from doing more ground combos into doing better aerial combos. They also removed any trace of how his Spectre attack was, which is a huge bummer because it was amazing at stun locking enemies. That move would’ve been perfect for this game. If it wasn’t for the fact that TS Sanji was able to Sky Walk as part of his forms, I’d be almost as disappointed in him as I was in TS Zoro. At least with Sky Walk it seems like you could chain aerial combos to your hearts content but with how some of them are I’d imagine you’d need to combo cancel a lot to hit some of them.
TS Zoro is a million times better than TS Sanji. I don‘t understand why you don‘t just buy the game and play it yourself instead of writing essays in YT comments and speculating about stuff which 99% of the PW community already knows. Everybody knows which his strongest moves are and how you‘re supposed to play him, you‘re speculating literally for yourself only, nobody gains anything from your comment
it may seem strange but looking at Sanji's moves I can easily imagine Sonic doing these moves, the hedgehog is very strong so he is able to do that, he even fights using his legs like Sanji, the difference is that Sanji only uses his legs because he doesn't want to hurt his hands while Sonic fights using his fists and legs as best way he can, just think about it

This game has a weird thing where all of the voices sound like they've been recorded 10 feet from the mic, and not only that but there's a good amount of reverb too, like they were in a damp cave
One of my favorite characters to play as in this game, unfortunately I think he is not good against female characters (which stays true to his character of never kicking a woman and it's a nice touch)

EdwardO95 doesn‘t change the fact that he is insanely good. You can be boring and still good at clearing content
