The Visarjan is a moment of paradoxical emotion: joy and sorrow entwined. The streets, once filled with laughter and celebration, now feel heavy with the inevitable goodbye to their beloved deity. As the idol is lowered into water, people offer their last prayers, eyes brimming with tears, hearts brimming with hope.
The waves gently embrace Ganesha, and as he disappears from sight, there’s a sense of longing mixed with faith-faith that Ganesha will return next year, and until then, his blessings will stay.
