The spotter does a good job but one thing I wish he would do is check and make sure the tailgate hooks open before he tells the driver to unload. 10 seconds of safety can save a whole lotta headache
Trukluver well they were on site right? You don't need to be covered on site. If they were over the road then yes not only that by law in Massachusetts ( as in every state I'm sure) you need to use the chains or slurry locks. But I'm guessing when they pulled up on site out of range of the camera is when they uncovered

Where was this video taken? In my state, dump truck loads have to be covered with a tarp. Failure to do so can result in a fairly stiff fine.
