I don't think i'm as old as you, but i kinda get what you're going through, my girlfriend is also facing a similar situation with depression, but i've been with her throughout and it gets better. Open up to a friend, or a therapist, people are there for you
@@Shadow_-cl6nx ever time i make a plan on how to do it and then i just don't feel like going through with it because i also dont get enpuhg sleep becuase of my brain making time for games even if it has to cut through sleep
@@PythonicSerpent you're not alone, sorry it took so long to reply, wasn't sure what to say. Trust me, take one day to sleep early and sleep in if possible. It will benefit you a lot, i've been through that as well, it's difficult, but it will help. When you are up to it(don't force yourself if you really know you can't), convince yourself to go out, it'll help
