Well my mum worked at a school where students were constantly fighting. One 14 yr old decided to go underage drinking and clubbing, got smashed, fell over wearing stilettos which pierced through the back of her calf but she was so blindly drunk she tore through the calf muscle to get it out.
The one she currently works at has student getting onto the roof and peeing off the side. So a fair amount of schools they pick on would be gold mine

That head teacher actually changed that school dramatically. That school was one of if not the worst school in the area and that teacher made it one of the top schools in the area. He made it one of the schools that every parent wanted to send their kids to. He was an incredible head. He changed so many kids lives to make them better.
