Baking Sourdough Bread - My Definition of a Day Off | Silent Vlog

After many hours of working at the bakery, I finally discovered my best formula and recipe for making sourdough bread. And I've decided to share the simplicity of sourdough baking with you. To be honest, it took me months of trying and failing before I was successful at baking bread. So far, this is my go-to recipe for everyday baking.
In this video, I used simple ingredients-nothing fancy-just to show that you can achieve amazing results with everyday ingredients. If you want me to walk you through the starter process, just let me know.

100% Flour (or 80% Bread Flour and 20% rye, or others)
78% Hydration
20% Starter
2% Salt
*20% Additional Ingredients (olives, cheese, seeds)
