Jamie, i noticed that you reversed the cylinder when you re installed it. on the Legare 400, is that critical? the label for the cylinder and your red marker at 3 o'clock is towards the back of the machine when you started, then the label is at the front, and the red marker is at 9 o'clock...
Richard Lo Piccolo if I reversed it, it was in error. The cylinder only goes in one way because of the ribber driver that is on the left side as you face the machine.
