ENGLIS BELOW La Asociación Soy de la Cuesta y Turismo de Irlanda en España, con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, organizan de nuevo Bloomsday Madrid-Dublín, celebración gemela a la que desde 1954 inunda las calles de la capital irlandesa cada 16 de junio, en conmemoración de la obra Ulises de James Joyce, caracterizando sus personajes y representando los mismos encuentros que acontecen en la novela.
Con el lema DORMIR, LEER, PASEAR, COMER, esta edición vuelve a ser comisariada por Giselle Etcheverry Walker (comisaria de proyectos de pensamiento y literatura) y cuenta con la colaboración de la Asociación de Comerciantes Nuevo Rastro y la librería Juanito El Rastro, la Feria del Libro de Madrid, la Embajada de Irlanda en España, la librería Desperate Literature, Vestuario Carmen 17, las editoriales Galaxia Gutenberg, Lumen, Anagrama, Páginas de Espuma, Firmamento, Ladera Norte y Alianza Editorial.
Esta edición tiene como padrino al escritor Juan Gabriel Vásquez, y los lectores Joaquín Reyes, Berta Vias Mahou, Lisa Hannigan y Violeta Gil.

The Soy de la Cuesta Association and Tourism of Ireland in Spain, with the support of the Madrid City Council, are once again organizing Bloomsday Madrid-Dublin, a twin celebration to which since 1954 has flooded the streets of the Irish capital every June 16, in commemoration from the work Ulysses by James Joyce, characterizing its characters and representing the same encounters that occur in the novel.
With the motto SLEEP, READ, WALK, EAT, this edition is once again curated by Giselle Etcheverry Walker (curator of thought and literature projects) and has the collaboration of the Nuevo Rastro Merchants Association and the Juanito El Rastro bookstore, the Madrid Book Fair, the Irish Embassy in Spain, the Desperate Literature bookstore, Vestuario Carmen 17, the publishing houses Galaxia Gutenberg, Lumen, Anagrama, Páginas de Espuma, Firmamento, Ladera Norte and Alianza Editorial.
