one of the reasons the framers included the Second Amendment was to ensure that citizens would have the means to resist a tyrannical government. concerned about protecting individual liberties and ensuring that the government could not easily disarm or oppress its citizens. They believed that an armed populace would serve as a deterrent against tyranny and help maintain a balance of power between the government and the people.
And taxpayer dollars are going to be paying all the additional people required to cater to this paranoid, nonsensical persecution. This is not a criticism of Vance, but Trump should have picked her as VP, would have been a brilliant and simply much better choice for his overall campaign and image.

The sad thing is that this is happening to thousands of innocent Americans. It's harassment and a clear violation of civil rights.

A few years ago every time I tried to come back into the country from an international flight I had SSS stamped on my boarding pass. I was harassed at every checkpoint trying to get back into the country. I happened to talk to a TSA agent in Miami and he said that I was on the no-fly list, and you have to contact your congressperson to get off of it. I am a retired anesthesiologist married to a physician with four children who has never been arrested. I finally was able to get it resolved and I received a letter from I don’t know who, but it written that we cannot confirm or deny that you were on the no-fly list but you now have a redress number so that this will not happen again. My question is, how the heck did I get on a list like that?

I was put on an FBI and CIA watch list by my ex-husband and his new wife because her dad worked for the CIA in IT and my ex-husband worked for the FBI via IBM. The whole system is so corrupt and twisted. Literally, these people stalk eachothers ex- spouses just because they can, and there are absolutely no consequences to them for destroying innocent people's lives.

I think that you can sue individual government employees if their actions exceed the scope of their official duties. If I'm not mistaken that situation was just ruled on by the supreme court less than 60 days ago! Gabbard has the right to sue and have this officially removed from all records, as this is an accusation that could follow her for life, damaging her future irreparably! Regardless of a law suit she, and we the people have a right to know who is responsible for that call!
