She has sang this song live for a long time on American television. I think they used the album version here as a promotion tool so people would hear what the album version actually sounded like as a way to promote it. She DID sing "Because You Loved Me" live, which is not a song she's currently promoting...which makes me think that's why they used her album of "Loved Me Back To Life" for this program. That's just my guess.
She is known to lip synch unlike many other artists who sing live always. She is too self conscious about her voice. I wish everyone could mime their job like she does most of the time on tv...

If she sang those songs completely live every single night until her contracts were over, her voice would fall apart. It's not because she can't sing anymore but rather because she'd prefer to be able to sing in the future.
