    Great update. Your videos have been clutch since med school. COPD exacerbations are treated and frequent hospitalizations are prevented on hospice care. 💜

    In Uk aim of sats is 88-92%, is it this something new to keep sats 90-95%,or are you referring if patient is on Bi-PAP

      Just don't exceed 95%. That's where the risk kicks in. 88-92% is a fine range. Precise recommendations are going to vary (and evolve).

      @@pwbmd What happens if you stay at 99% for too long? It's happened to me many times in my sleep. I wake up very dizzy. I can't get the concentrator set correctly. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you Dr.
