Absolutely. Viktor was the final boss, but he was never a villain. He was simply trying to put an end to suffering but mistakenly went about it in the wrong way. And because of the brainwashing by the Hexcore, he wasn't able to see the harm he was doing. RIP Viktor and Jayce. I loved them both.

I'd say it's between the intro to ep3 with the animation explaining the zaunite gray, and Sevika and Jinx's fight against Smeech in ep2.

Viktor is more like Moses. Someone who left a privileged life to save his people and fight for their freedom.
Moses never performed miracles, nor died to be reborn and "cleanse" his followers.
How is viktor privileged? he grew up in the undercity of zaun as a cripple? he had to work hard to get where he was!
