    Thankyou for this! I knew that when I happen to come across Razib Khan's blogs they're often interesting, but I had no idea who he was or what is its background, or the breadth of what he has done.

    I would think that Neanderthals had complex language.The ability to hunt large animals in groups, would require that. Also animals with small brains,such as birds,have been shown to have a denser neuron pac.

    At around 30 minutes I would say they were probably not human sub species but species in their own right. Re : Neanderthals and Denisovans. This is while noting that Razib is of the opinion all beings of genus Homo is human regardless of species
