Hey Halifa, you can use your passport to verify your account. Once your account of verified, you can try adding a credit card or a bank card from your country.

Hi Monica, you can try entering the info for your credit card from your country. That may work. I can’t confirm that right now because I am still in China. But when I get the chance, I plan on trying it myself.

Took my passport and it's self picture. The process failed, for some unknown reason. It is my passport and my picture. The next day I was locked out of my account and it will only let me put a Chinese bank card for verification. My US bank card, which I used to originally register, does not work. When you log in it asks for SMS verification. After I verify, it takes me to an ID verification screen where the only option is a bank card.

I think it is a big issue if the ID linked to the account is still yours. It’s essentially identity theft, and should be dealt with asap.
