This video is truly enlightening! The Buddha's advice on living peacefully and departing with awareness is incredibly valuable. It reminds us that inner peace comes from understanding ourselves and being present in every moment. Thank you for sharing these profound teachings!

Reincarnation, or the cycle of rebirth, is considered real in many spiritual traditions, including Buddhism. It is the belief that after death, one's consciousness or soul is reborn into a new life, influenced by past actions (karma). This cycle continues until one attains enlightenment and breaks free from the cycle of suffering.

    How materialist.
We incarnate to help each other.
    That is our true purpose.

Buddhist practice can be followed in every situation in life. Focus on clinging mind. All things are vanishing in itself along with your body and mind. Meditate you will see this body is not solid piece of flesh but it is the imagination of our idiot mind.

Absolutely! Wholesome deeds, grounded in kindness, compassion, and mindfulness, naturally lead to happiness and peace of mind. When we act with good intentions, the positive energy we create not only benefits others but also nourishes our own well-being. As the Buddha said, "Happiness never decreases by being shared." 😊✨ What kind of wholesome actions bring you the most joy in your daily life?
