Food releases dopamine in the brain because it reinforced food-seeking behaviour in times where food wasn't readily available. Inside the store I walked around for like 10 minutes wanting a pizza really bad and finally just grabbed some cold cuts and got the fuck out of there. Made a small sandwich...
