Original dance practices are filmed with a camera (you see them as you’d see them if you were in front of them basically) so if they move their left arm in reality they move their right. Mirrored dance practices are to see what they actually move like and you can follow them like you’re playing just dance, as if theyre your mirror reflection. Hope this helped!
