Based in the heart of England. Katy creates hand illustrated, organic prints with the use of delicate line work and watercolours. Inspired by the British
countryside and old botanical books,
Katy hand draws all of her imagery combining with a natural colour palette that gives her designs a vintage feel.
Katy set up Hackney & Co to create her own prints for wallpapers and textiles in 2012 and at the beginning of 2014 her design ‘Nouveau Neon’ won the Ideal Home Show wallpaper of the year award.
