I got to see Mark with Yngwie on the Alchemy Tour in Winter Park, FL. Awesome show and Mark killed it on vocals. I shouted out for them to play this song and then realized I was yelling "FIRE" in a small rock venue...OOPS!
I prefer come out and see these guys play Fire even Yngwie is in town and have a concert on the same night, simply because you know which gig bring back the memories to us and play what we wanna hear..
I wonder why Yngwie himself didn't play like this in his own concert. He always make unnecessary notes that makes the song unenjoyable for some people.
Mark’s voice is instantly recognizable. He could sing a happy birthday to you or a grocery list and I’d know it’s him To me the song sounds like the original , the guitarist absolutely nailed it. IMHO he was the best fit for YJM. No disrespect to other top drawer vocalist he had.
Boals is still an incredible vocalist. Effortlessly hitting the highs with power.

ハードロック界の中でも歴史的名盤トリロジーの中の超絶名曲。速弾きの中にメロディーあり。イントロのハーモニクスをきれいに出すのが難しそうだが、余裕の演奏。
最近お騒がせのオリンピックテーマソングとして、このFIREをマークさんに歌って欲しいです。

このツアー動画の不思議な点は、低評価を付ける人が結構いる事だ。これだけ見事にトリロジーを再現しているというのに、何が気に入らないのだろう。マークの歌唱は三十年前と変わらないし、ケリーのギターも、イングヴェイが最も良かった時代のサウンドとプレイスタイルを完璧に再現している。これに低評価を付ける人は耳が壊れているとしか思えない。と言うか、嫉妬しているのか？
