I would suspect that your having ridden racehorses on the side have given you great insight into how Ember wants to be ridden. He is extremely athletic and clever with his feet. I don’t think you’ll have to worry much about his jumping ability as you go up. I have to admit, he’s my favorite horse of yours to watch. So excited for you both.
That first warm up arena looked chaotic, you both did really well for him to keep a cool head and cope with it! Lovely round, don’t tell the others but I definitely think ember is my favourite

As I told you in Pratoni I think he is a bit special. He is such a quick learner. The fact he has come from flat racing rather than National Hunt means he has no bad jumping habits and is naturally careful when fences come up correctly.

It can be harder to jump the smaller jumps. Some horses find them hard to gauge how much effort to put in. Well done, lovely round
