this one is my favourite out of all tender moments. when he makes that “bet” he was giving her an opportunity to be rid of him for good and also as an excuse to distance himself, i think. maybe he thought that they won’t go through the same tragedy if they stayed away from each other but i think he cracked because 1. staying away was harder than he thought and 2. mc was genuinely worried and desperately searching for him and he couldn’t find it in him to do that to her. it’s so so sweet ughhh
This is one of my favourites of Sylus. I actually think MC upset Sylus a little but he cannot help himself and wanted to see her anyway. I'm genuinely surprised by how much i like Sylus. In the beginning his character was quite terrifying to me. I love that there's a bit more going on behind his expressions. Still waters run deep as they say.
I'm from London and the closet I can figure out is as some of his word pronunciations sound regional.. I think he's from a really poor areas and either taught himself how to sound like he has a good education or he was put through boarding school/picked up by a rich family
