Seems like this drone offers zero new capabilities apart from being a Dji drone with improved EW resistance and GPS denied operation. Anduril appears to be a better option if their drone sensor fusion feeds information back into their Latice system and the drone have swarming behaviour.
I was thinking the same! Anduril's Bolt-M has a 45-minute flight time compared to the 35 minutes mentioned here. The addition of a Picatinny rail and datalink for extra payloads is a nice upgrade. I’m not sure if Anduril's Bolt-M allows easy swapping of individual components like the one shown here, but that could be something Anduril does in future versions. What’s still missing in military drones is a palm-sized quadcopter acting as an anti-personnel round-similar to the 'Slaughterbots' video from the DUST youtube channel video 5 years ago. It’d be great if drones like the Black Widow or Bolt-M could mark targets, sync them into battlefield systems like Anduril’s LATTICE, and launch those tiny loitering munitions to eliminate enemy personnel from a short distance away. Even better if these mini-drones could deploy directly from a soldier’s MOLLE backpack webbing without any manual action. Every solider would be able to strap on about 6 of those mini drones to their backpack (or 12 if engineered to be double stacked). Each of those mini drones would probably weigh 30 to 100 grams, so that's about 1.3 pounds of additional weight for 6 of those mini drones (assuming 100g each).
@@mjk9388 The reality is drones that small won't have the range and payload capacity need to target enemy. However they could be launch in large quantities from trucks outfitted with racks full of them.
@@DragonFury-gq5zo Drones like the U.S. Army’s Black Hornet fit in the palm of your hand and have a maximum distance of 4.7 miles assuming no limit of communications distance (other drones would act as signal relays. With a stated payload capacity of 15g, the Hornet would lose about 20-30% of its flight time with 3g of explosive attached meaning the distance would be somewhere between 3.7 to 4.2 miles (well within combat range of a soldier with a rifle).
@@DragonFury-gq5zo the truck idea is a good one…they could be attached to any infantry vehicle if they are adaptable enough to be launched off of MOLLE webbing on backpacks. That’d be the preferred option so the infantry doesn’t have to carry more weight around.
35min and 10km range, isn’t good enough for to be useful by warfighter yet. If this is ment to replace the raven at the BCT Company level. This will inevitably be something left in the supply cage. Send me a message

you called it man, all im saying is the war drone companies gona get the us trying to outlaw drones. eventualy if it gets pushed hard enough, the us will eventually see fpv quadcopter's as weapons of war, why? because companies like these pushing the war drone narrative so hard, it scares the general public that has nooo Idea the differences between a multi copter, quad copter and a drone, or racing quad.... its cool to see you ce got a big channel and lots of subscribers! good on ya homie. hopfully my channel will grow to be like yours man. 🤘🤘🤘

just build an fpv quad, its might take a bit of learning but its better than crashing sending it to the manufacturer to fix it, pay all that money have it shipped back just to have to spend 300 bucks next time it crashes, build an fpv drone, if something breaks its way easier on your wallet to fix, plus you get to learn alot of cool stuff. when you vuild drones.
intern at my drone company ha, were not contracted by the government so you can show up to work in whatever you want, plus we build drones to help people, not hurt people
Looks amazing when will there an an affordable option?
quick release arms are dope
wtf does "basically unhackable" mean?
it's mean, It is hackable, but it is hard too hack!
It means their marketing team doesn’t know how hacking works
@@ashishmehta1691 👍👍
it means its hard to detect, its probably encripted, scrambled and maybe freq hopping too
maybe they tried hacking it with hack saw and it didn't dent🤣

Common, it's American made. It's not like those cheap made in China drones. 😂
Same capability as DJI but 30x the price lmao
