Here's the Reel I made for Instagram if you want to check it out -- instagram.com/reel/DDcgTw7xZl5/ And thanks again to Victory Brewing for believing in creators!!!
Thanks Jeff! I was definitely off the carts excited about both haha thanks for always tuning in and leaving comments and stuff! I think it really helps a ton dude.
Congrats on 5K Subscribers and for the cool sponsor for your Instagram Reels. You very much deserve it! AND, if just happened to be watching this and haven't subscribed. do it! Now! Corey is a talented Creator and DEFINATELY does not waste your viewing time.
Thanks dude! and yeah beer sponsor is so freaking awesome haha I was pumped! Thanks for hangingout in the comment section and checking the videos out every week dude !
@@derekboudreau2144 I'm so pumped! What a huge game that'll be. That's probably my only plans. Other than that I'm trying to just chill more or less. Other than some day beers I'm about to go get lol
All three places food looked fire. How toasted were you after having such high alcohol beers? I love Victory brewing. Great beer. your channel is awesome, brother. Happy 5000 subscribers.
hahaha dude I honestly felt surprisingly good. I think being Irish and German plus all the drinking prep I get in the military made this a cake walk for me haha and yeah dude Victory brewing is sick! I was super stoked about it! Here's to the next 5000 brother!!! Thanks for coming along on the trip!
Thanks my guy! Dude crazy to think you've probably been around since vlog 1 haha crazy... and yeah dude Joy's and you HAVE to get the Garlic Chicken Noodles. And now you know they're BYOB and that's right up your alley for sure!
@@wilelowman ha no way! I ended up visiting that high-rise a couple of times. The owner of weiner cirlce used to live there actually. Most convenient commute to work ever
Right! this was some all-time food man. I freaking love all of these spots. And they all have something different they bring to the table. And yeah the beers were great too! Thanks for checking it out brother!
Yeah I honestly don't think I had ever heard of it before I moved to Chicago! One of my favorite things about this city haha Thanks for watching and hanging out in the comments Lisa! You're one of the OG best!
Congrats on all the success my man!! Curious to know if there’s any rules with the BYOB places, like how do you know they are BYOB and should you make sure you tip extra/is there a correlation between how much you buy and how many beers you should drink? Lol, just think that is an awesome touch for a lot of these places!
Thanks Nick! Stoked about hitting the milestone! But yeah as for your questions, it'll usually say on their website or they'll have a sign at the store. It's just a different (easier to get) liquor license that they have. You don't need to tip extra or anything like that but some locations do have a "corking fee" which is a fee for bringing your own beer/wine/liquor but none of the spots I went to (or any of the BYOB spots that I've ever been to for that matter) have a corking fee but there are some places in Chicago that have that (I think Chilam Balam in Lakeview has a corking fee for example)... and as for how many beers you should drink haha I try and drink as much as possible but that's because I'm a monster haha I do freaking love it though!
@ thanks for the explanation man!! Next time I’m in Chicago I will definitely hit up that noodle spot because that dish looked insane!! Keep up the great content I look forward to the vlogs every week!!
@@Nick-ej4ys Thanks Nick! And yeah dude definitely check out Joys and get that Garlic Chicken Noodles, that stuff is un-freaking -real! And thanks for coming along on the journey every week Nick! You're the man!

Congrats on 5k. Sponsor is a great word. Beer sponsor, even greater words. I've never seen BYOB in restaurants. All the food looked grand

Another great one. So vibe down there nowadays.
Thanks brother! And yeah man this neighborhood and city has been such a positive vibe and scene for me dude. That's a big part of why I love it!
@@CoreyWagnerChicago Yeah worked LP/lakeview back in the 80'.
Worked across from Wieners circle before they put that high-rise next to McD's

Awesome video. That company has some sick designs on their cans. That Juicy Monkey IPA looks great - I wouldn't mind 6 of them right now haha.
hahah 6 of them, 10 of them, hell I might knock back 15 of these guys haha
Tasty 🍻
you know it!
Dude I’m salivating and that’s after eating lunch 🤣🤣 Beers look legit also, can’t wait to try!! 🍺🍻

Night vibes all the way. The city comes alive at night.
Right! I gotta do a downtown Chicago video with some night vibes soon. I love the way the downtown especially looks at night.
Glad, that you’d Return once again with another Vid 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

yoooo! this is perfect! Also hope you have a great 21st birthday dude!
I honestly can't think of a BYOB place near me! 🤔 This is something I may need to inquire about in the future! 🍻👍

Notable mention for me would be La Biznaga on Broadway which is also BYOB and they have some really good Mexican
S’always good!
hahaha old school!
Let's go 😊
fun stuff!
Zaza's is always the right answer (except Monday when they aren't open). Joy's is around the corner from me. A value leader in the neighborhood.
ZaZa's is sooooo damn good! and yeah dude I think Joy's (and especially the Garlic Chicken Noodles) is wildly underrated!

Would you say that is the best NY style pizza in Chicago? It's the best I've had with Jimmy's Pizza Cafe really close.
those are definitely my top two! As for who's the best? I feel like it's a coin flip and could just depend on the day. Both are fantastic in my book though!
Every restaurant is BYOB if you try hard enough.
hahahahah sounds like college me talking hahah
You're a WAY better pizza reviewer than that Portnoy guy. What kind of maniac just eats cheese pizza.
haha thank you! I've always thought that was a flaw in his style. Some places their high quailty toppings are a part of the experience!
Top CHICAGO TH-cam/Influencer- flat. Wanna PLAY in the city--- binge
Yo!!! Thanks Jennifer! You're the best!
