C'mon Mr Harris, I'm the biggest Jeter fan. She's my fav. But though Jeter has the fastest time by any LIVING woman ever, she isn't the fastest woman in the world. Typically the winner of the WC or Olympic 100 gets that. Give it to Shelley. She deserves it.
