Yes you can swap out Necro for any debuffer as long as it applies 2+ debuffs to a target and yes you can swap Sapphire with Earth Fairy.

It is a good choice for doing last trial stages but I won't be using it, or any other evolved alpha, in any of my guides.

Its third ability attacks for each debuff on the target.

It would require Fallen Destroyer but yes, I probably will do one soon.

Zealot is a unique character so there would be no replacement for him.
Sad, so i cant get him from any quest?
You get him from the quest to beat Striker.
