Speaking of a company with a name like a tribal woman... I once had some kind of an issue and I attempted to get it resolved. In response, they made me whole AND they gave me $800 in gift card balance. That was FAR more than a simple gesture of good will since my issue was not all that much money. I, being a bit unsure that this was a gift I could keep without repercussions, wrote them a letter to tell them what happened. Their response.....You guessed it, they gave me ANOTHER $800 in gift card money. At this point, I could not really say much for fear of later being accused of trying to take advantage since another letter would probably just mean another $800. Maybe I could have got a whole lot more, but I decided to just leave it alone and, slowly, over time, I cashed out every dime. The company does not run a tight ship and, much like the casinos, makes money despite themselves.
Thanks for having Ed as your guest, great insight for all levels of gamblers
