I got the kids 5 piece minus a snare for half of $22.99 at Goodwill. Fun little drums. The 12 inch floor tom is cute and really rumbles

Some furniture polish would work great on the wrap finish and some barkeepers friend would get to those cymbals cleanup and sound a little better.
