Dan and Pastor Craig, outstanding episode on Eddie Mathews. I agree he is under appreciated in the hobby. Third base is also under appreciated even when it comes to the HOF. I think it is the least represented position.
I am glad you spoke to how intimidating he was and protective of his teammates. The latter is one of the qualities I admire most about him. Not many guys would stand up to Don Drysdale.
I enjoyed seeing the cards and other items too.
