To Be Brutally Honest,I Genuinly Thought That He Was Gonna Reclaim Germany [I Dont Know Much About Red Flood Focus Tree's]
So far I knew about Red Flood, the Congo focus tree is ended after unification. If it wants to reclaim Germany, basically do justification wargoal manually.
These videos got me back into HoI4, and they got me trying different country paths just to see what kind of stories I could come up with

I was wondering if you can check out Perfect World a mod that a few friends have been developing for about 3 years. It’s not an alternate history mod like most of the other mods you cover but a original scenario and world. Basically it’s a scenario where the communists (Kandaria) start a huge war with the old order on the main continent, natives seize the colonies of the old guard on the main continent, the democratic (ish) old guard (led by the Rutarian Confederation) attempts to beat the class struggle and restore its colonies. Personally I’d recommend playing Kandaria, Rutaria, or Andea a nation stuck in a 6 factions civil war. Hope this finds you well.

I like it for a different reason. I like playing as countries that aren't really countries (I judge that as would have practically no diplomatic recognition) and becoming strong and becoming a real country.
