It’s funny that I go through the same thing. Particularly with temptation. I think once we get the slightest urge our flesh takes over. So in order for the flesh to stop leading you have to surround yourself with the spirit. Helpful videos such as this one, the word, friends and family that are believers. I feel like poop, I return to sin constantly yet I still get up but I always fall into the same path, I love working out, I love worshipping Our Father but I fall into laziness and end up falling into sin again.
