@@art23428 I unsubscribe a long time ago. I usually cling towards reviews that dont care about getting their content flagged. Angry Joe for example. He is very pesimestic but when he likes something you know it has to be good. Paramount has flagged his content many times cause he doesnt give a shit what they think about his reviews. Halo for example, they demonetized joe 100s of time. But if you watch another reviewer that praises Halo, they dont flag when they show parts of the show. you can literally see hollywood picking and chosing their winners for reviews.

It's genuinely upsetting to see what the TH-cam movie critic community has become. I used to watch Campea way back when it was AMC movie & absolutely loved the Schmoes knows podcast. Then Disney bought Star Wars & put out god awful sequels. I had to sit here & watch people I considered genuine Star Wars fans shill for garbage Star Wars films, that are 10 worse then the prequels. Now they're gone & barely a she'll of themselves. Harloff, Ellis, Ken & all the OG people fr Schmoes & Collider destroyed their entire brand & credibility to shill for Disney Star Wars.

John never had a guaranteed press seat. He stupidly CHOSE to splurge on expensive hotels without a press seat. That would be like someone complaining about spending big bucks on a hotel for the Superbowl, but they never secured any tickets for the big game. Even worse, John said in a recent video that "some time ago, I wrote to Disney to remove my name from their media list". Why would anyone voluntarily remove themselves from a huge Disney media list and then complain that they don't have press seats? Lol. John is a liar. Plain and simple. Dude's a liar.
I mean even if that is all true. He did contact them early and they didn't respond in time. Disney has more money than god. They can afford to hire enough people to phone back press or even email back people. And this is about marketing for them. So it should be a priority. There is no excuse for bad communication. And i bet it happens a lot.

He used his show as a soapbox to gripe about a Disneyland Spiderman ride (complained to high heaven); leaked peaks from No Way Home with JCS watermarks and admitted on his show that he did it to direct traffic and subscribers to his show (hypocritical, since he complained when other journalists did it); meltdown-ed like a cry baby after D23; and tried to get revenge with his unprofessional and embarrassing violation of the Andor embargo. He didn't get rid of his press privileges. Everyone wants press privileges because it's fun to go to early screenings (great date night), it's great for your audience, you can brag about it and grown your channel. John got blacklisted and became persona non grata.

Imagine not hearing back from Disney, and booking a hotel anyways, assuming you'd get special treatment. 🤣 He was supposed to line up early like everyone else, and is upset that he couldn't cut the line cause of his "media badge".
The email he posted SPECIFICALLY said, he'd have to go through the main entrance queue, the MAIN LINE. before he could get to where he had to line up for the seating, INSIDE. So he knew he had to get in first, or at least, he would have known if he had any proper reading comprehension. It's explicitly written in the email "head to the venue queue" - which is the main line up, so they TOLD him he had to line up like everyone else. then it states the media standby line will start "in lobby D on the main level", which is inside AFTER the main line up.
He thought his badge would let him skip the main line, what a dunce.

These type of conventions are one of THE WORST INVESTMENTS anyone can ever do. I went to a Star Wars Celebration as a Photographer, made the same line he was told he couldn't get because it was full & I had to sneak into the main panel to make my time's worth. People who traveled from Europe & slept making a line were directed to a movie theater to watch a stream of the what was happening on the main panel on the theater next to them. Absolute crazy shit. I went because it was 30 mins away from me but those who spent thousands to get there got fucked hard that day. Never again unless I'm covered completely for work.
