I wonder where you get the information about Merdeka 118's sphire that its not part of the main structure but as an extension... because I read somewhere that it was not, besides it was planned to be the best part of the structure. Nevertheless, the building isn't 100% finish yet but still... to claim one is cheating, I hope your source is credible enough.
