@ around 13:40 there seems to be an error where you have mistaken medial epicondyle with lateral epicondyle of humerus.

RE: avulsion fx. What about the tendon attachment to the bone? Ligament is bone to bone, tendon is muscle to bone.

Thanks for excellent contribution. I am currently a patient at Lerdsin Hospital the leading Thai Orthopedic Center located near the river in Bangkok. TKR infection. Two-stage ‘gold standard’ revision underway with ‘spacer’ in place and Vancomycin 500 mg x 4 per day. PICC-line, of course. Two weeks to go. Then the next stage. Let’s see. What is your experience of TKA/TKR infections and revisions Dr Bolin. Regards, Bangkok-Johnny
